Shipping policy

Diaper Cakes Singapore offers FREE local Singapore delivery for all orders above S$60 nett.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect shipping / delivery address provided by customer in order details
• Recipient is not at delivery address (e.g. nobody at home) during time of delivery and we are unable to contact either the sender or recipient for further instructions,

Your order will then be sent back to our office. Redelivery charges will be chargeable at an additional S$15.00 per trip. We will endeavour to redeliver your order within the next 1-3 working days.

Self Collection

Self collection is available at our office at 994 Bendemeer Road #07-04 Singapore 339943.
